Yes, it’s $10 per bag. We provide bags to you at the sale. You can buy as many as you can carry. You can also put your brown bag into a larger tote bag to make it easy to carry.

It lasts 9 days and is open as long as the Library is open each day. The last bag is sold daily 30 minutes before close.

All types of non-fiction and fiction, including children’s and toddler books. We also have DVDs and CDs available.

We only allow you to fill our brown bags, which you purchase and we supply to you as you enter the sale. You can buy as many bags as you need, and you can put your brown bag into a bigger reusable bag for durability.
We provide a bag so that everyone has the chance to fill the same size bag for the same price!

You are welcome to browse the room before buying a bag to determine whether you would like to purchase a bag. All books need to be kept within your brown bag.

We recommend you take the bag to your vehicle and return to shop some more. We cannot take any responsibility for bags left outside the sale room. Staff and volunteers cannot store or watch your items.

You can pay with $10 exact cash (no change can be made). You can also pay with your cell phone via a QR code. You can enter your own credit/debit card details there. Just show us the payment completion screen on your phone to be provided with your bag(s).

We have very limited space at our sales and do not permit large items, as it blocks the areas where shoppers are browsing. If you have a baby or toddler, we recommend wearing a baby-wearing device and ask that you leave any carts or trolleys at home or in your vehicle.

We are continually restocking daily during the entire week of the book sale, so inventory may be different from day to day. We do not necessarily choose the “best” items to put out first. We recommend you return more than once to see what new items have been added.

The first few hours on opening day are usually the busiest.
