Since 1965, Plano Library Friends has served as the community-powered partner helping transform a great Library into an exceptional one. 

Plano Public Library is taxpayer-funded, but when you join or donate, you are elevating the Library experience! Your support makes it possible for Friends to fund additional programs, outreach and staff development.

Over the past 24 years, the nonprofit Friends has raised more than $2.4 million for Plano Public Library – funding two More Than Books vehicles, activities for all ages, an artist-in-residence program, STEAM kits, programs in senior living communities, conference attendance and much more.
