TO ACCESS YOUR DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP CARD
Our membership system does not allow current members to log in to access their account. However, you can access a digital membership card as proof of membership.

How to add your membership card to your phone:
On your phone, open Safari or Chrome and go to
app.planolibraryfriends.org
- Enter the email address you used when you joined Friends.
- Click “Send a Login Code.”
- Check your email for the verification code and enter it on the page.
(The code expires in 10 minutes, so you may need to request a new one if it times out.) - Your membership card will appear in your browser.
- Tap the option to Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet, depending on your device.
If you have difficulty accessing your digital membership card, please send us an email.
to upgrade your membership
Your membership will automatically renew annually at the level you originally signed up for. To change your membership level, send us an email.
